As I submit my short stories to publications, I am reminding myself of a couple of positive things that are happening in conjunction with rejections. 19 agents still haven’t rejected me yet and my first short story hasn’t been rejected and is still in ā€œreviewā€. They haven’t asked for revisions either, which they have for many other stories in the queue. So maybe they’re leaning towards publishing it! Just submitted another story that has a 99.32% chance of getting rejected. 🤣 It’s okay…I have a handful of other places to send it after.

Another positive thing…I’ve been asked to be a guest improviser for my old improv group and had my first practice with them yesterday and it was so fun playing and being surrounded by those lovely people again. I’m sure I’ll bombarding you with info as the show date gets closer! Included a pic from a show back in the day. šŸ–¤
