As I submit my short stories to publications, I am reminding myself of a couple of positive things that are happening in conjunction with rejections. 19 agents still havenāt rejected me yet and my first short story hasnāt been rejected and is still in āreviewā. They havenāt asked for revisions either, which they have for many other stories in the queue. So maybe theyāre leaning towards publishing it! Just submitted another story that has a 99.32% chance of getting rejected. 
Itās okayā¦I have a handful of other places to send it after.
Another positive thingā¦Iāve been asked to be a guest improviser for my old improv group and had my first practice with them yesterday and it was so fun playing and being surrounded by those lovely people again. Iām sure Iāll bombarding you with info as the show date gets closer! Included a pic from a show back in the day.
