BookBaby just has to fill out a form granting IngramSpark permission to use my current ISBN. Hopefully, they do it and quickly.

It’ll be annoying to have to re-enter and upload all my files and go through the whole approval process again, but it’s much better than having multiple ISBN numbers! 😵‍💫

In other fun news, CHIC-LIT BOOK CAFÉ , multi-genres for all readers, has accepted my book for review, award submission, and marketing! I’m also waiting on other reviews and for some author interviews to be released! I’ve submitted The Dreamer for quite a few awards… so we will see the outcome of those in a million years, haha. 🏆

Another high school library has contacted me about carrying my book and possibly hosting a book talk! I’ll reach out to more libraries once my ISBN issues are resolved. I’m trying not to fizzle out with marketing and getting my book out there. 🤩📖

I’m adding a signed 11×17 poster of The Dreamer to my website for sale. There’s so much happening I can’t keep all the info straight in my brain! 🧠

Oh! I’m going to start reviewing indie author books on TikTok (and sharing them everywhere else online) with the Triple C review. I’ll give a synopsis, then bring up a CHARACTER (first C) that stood out to me. The second C is CRAFT, where I’ll highlight something unique the author did in their writing. It can be anything: dialogue, writing style, etc. The last C is COPY… a sentence or line that got me. And that’s it! If you have any book/author recommendations, drop them in the comments! Only indie authors, please! PS follow me on TikTok. @lindapcleary

A stack of several books featuring their covers and titles, including 'The Fera', 'Bound Together', 'Drown the Stars', 'Akasha', 'Thread and Stone', 'As Below', and 'The Engineer's Mechanic'.
Some of the indie author books I’ve already purchased that aren’t on my kindle!

More soon… xo, Linda
